I was expecting for a higher standard after reading reviews online. I am just disappointing, the bathroom is dirty. To get to the bathroom, we have to go through the reception and the breakfast buffet.There is never anyone at reception and the breakfast is poor. The sound insulation is terrible, I could hear the neighbors from my room. After several requests to the reception for an invoice, the management simply refused to give me this document. The managers of this hotel are simply dishonest and have any respect for their customers!

I stayed Mid Jan 2019. Myself and daughter shared twin room. All rooms seem close to dining room and no facilities to get a drink or snack during the night but was clean, easy check in and comfortable. Close enough to city centre and thank gawd for google maps as Lisbon is a lot to cover. Friendly, helpful staff and lots to see in Lisbon

Great location to popular tourist spots and right off of the Tram 28 stop. We enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. Our hosts/receptionists had excellent customer service and made sure we were taken care of. The double bed with private bathroom was on the smaller side but we made it work. The snacks and kind note upon arrival was a nice touch as well.

This hotel has no particular pretensions, but fulfills its basic function. It offers you a good level of comfort for an affordable budget. We had to use the toilets and showers in the hallway, but I was told that work was going to be done and that all the bedrooms would have built-in toilets and bathrooms. You should perhaps avoid the ground floor at first and ask for upper floors. Breakfast is weak. Without imagination and without taste. if you fear noise, you will choose a hotel less exposed to the noise of the street

The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the discovery of Lisbon. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the installations looked good at first sight but are not that great. A lot of humidity, some mold in the joint of the shower and we saw two cockroaches while we were there. Maybe it is normal since we were in the middle of the old city, but the main reason we decided to stay there was because we didn't read these kind of comments and the property looked neat. Also, we had a very hard time with the WIFI except in the dining room.
